Please read all of the following information. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to be sure our terms are fully explained.

Payment: Our terms are payment at time of delivery.

Freight: Shipments are FOB Greenville OH

Returns: Any item purchased from us, except custom made parts, can be returned prepaid for credit, or refund, for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. All returns must be in original packaging, and in 100% resaleable condition. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Inspection of shipment: Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Be sure it contains the parts you ordered, that they were not damaged in shipment. If you find any damage, contact UPS or the truck line immediately. We will help you with any damage claim. Next, be sure that the parts actually fit your application, do not machine on any part until you are absolutely satisfied it is going to work.

Privacy policy: We do not share your personal information with anyone.

Installation and use of parts: We have trained technical representatives to help resolve problems with installation and use of our products. This service is available toll free at 800-333-7113 M/F 7/5.

Warranty: All parts are warranted to be as free of defects in product and workmanship at the time of delivery only. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make this determination prior to any installation or use. Due to the nature of performance applications, all Ohio Crankshaft products are sold without any other expressed, or implied warranty of mercantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstance is Ohio Crankshaft liable for any incidental or consequential damage or loss.

There is no other warranty expressed or implied: We do not claim parts are suited for any particular purpose or meet any safety or emission standards. Racing has the inherent possibility of personal injury, or even death.
